I would like to repair my Ultrafire SSC-P7 900 Lumen flashlight. The unit only has one mode - dim at @60 lumens. The switch should allow for a Low, Medium, High and Strobe mode. Do I need to replace/upgrade the switch. Or do components on the P7 module need to be relaced... I enjoy DIY. The P7 LED uses 2 X 18650 lithium-ion rechargables. The batteries require a connection between. Others have recommended a Neodymium disc about 1/4'' by 1/16 works fine electrically and mechanically

Hello, The mode is changed on these type of flishlights by momenatry pressing of the switch while it is on. try it i am sure it will work.

How do I hook up the two batteries in a Vector 190 sport spotlight. I need to see a wiring diagram for the battery connections.

Quick look at the manual tells me that it is a 12v light, powered by two 6 volt batteries. This means that they must be connected in series. Identify the positive and negative terminals on each battery. You also need to look at how the power is supplied to the unit - i.e., are the batteries connected front to back? The jumper of one battery will connect to the negative terminal to the positive terminal of the second battery (this is a series configuration.) Make sure the batteries are oriented in the proper position in the unit before sealing it up. The manual can be downloaded from here: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/185814/Vector-Sport-Spot-Vec190pob.html#manual

I have a new ultrafire WF-502 b torch which only works on low mode, cannot get high, medium, strobe or sos modes to come on

Sounds like the battery needs to be charged. The same thing happens to mine when the battery gets close to being depleted.
