Unlike conventional incandescent flashlights, where the bulb unscrews or pops out of the reflector assembly for replacement, the Pelican Sabrelite bulb is permanently mounted in the larger assembly. The entire "lamp module" is replaced as a single unit. Replacement lamp modules can be found on the Internet and at some outdoors stores. For example, Amazon.com sells these, both individually and in 2-packs. Prices vary depending on the website, but just now, I saw them in several places for under $9/each.
