Cyclops 6.5 halogen will no longer charge. Approx 3 years old

This is an easy fix. I just fixed mine literally five minutes ago. You'll need two 6v sealed rechargeable lead acid batteries, duct tape, and a #1 Phillips screwdriver. Take the two Phillips head screws out of the black lens bezel. They should be oriented on the side of the bezel at approx 3 and 9 o'clock. Rotate the bezel about an inch and the bezel should cone off. Disconnect the ground white wire to the reflector housing on the back of the lens. It should be screwed in. Next disconnect the positive wire. It should be red or blue. Mine was red coming from the switch and blue going to the light. Next unscrew the 4 Phillips screws around the white plastic cover that holds the batteries in. You'll see the batteries now. With your phone, take a picture of the wiring. Or make a note of it. Change the old batteries with the new, minding the wiring, and then reassemble. Should be fixed.

How can I fix my rechargeable portable spotlight/flashlight after no charge for 1(one) year?

I replaced the battery in mine(coleman powermate) for 10 bucks but you have to be careful in how you disassemble it and put it back together. Batteries sulfate after awhile like a car battery.

Bad blub where do i get another - Cyclops CYC-S250 Thor 2.5 Million Candle Power Rechargable Halogen Spotlight (Cyclops)

These spotlights are, essentially, automotive headlights powered by small batteries. Accordingly, take your old bulb to an auto parts store and match it to one of the headlight bulbs they carry. You'll find many bulbs that look just about right; the key is to find one (or more) that has the exact same base as your bulb so that it'll just plug right into place. Before buying a new bulb, you can also double-check your old bulb with a simple test for continuity. Properly treated, these bulbs have a reasonably long life, and I wouldn't rule out corrosion in the bulb socket or some other issue that's keeping your bulb from lighting up. Of course, if you can see the torn or burned out bulb filament, it's pretty obvious that you're going to need a replacement.

Bought the rechargeable light new a couple years ago, used one time for about 90 seconds. Went to use it again, it was dead. plugged in the battery charger into the cig lighter and it worked after 5 min. charging. I let it charge another 15 min. and it quit working. I then charged it with the electric charger and it never came on. What now?

First, ensure the charger is delivering voltage using a volt meter. If it is, the battery is probably bad. If you have soldering skills, the light can probably be disassembled and a replacement battery can be purchased from Radio Shack or online.
